Job Title: LiveOps Game Artist – Gram Games

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented LiveOps Artist to join our team at Gram Games. As a LiveOps Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and captivating designs for live game events, Interstitials, Offers, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design attractive visual compositions for different Interstitials of the game, such as Pop-Ups, Offers, Icons, and promotional materials to enhance player engagement.
  2. Collaborate with diverse team members, including Artists, Product and Monetization Managers, to ensure consistency in visual, messaging and branding across multiple formats.
  3. Adapt quickly to new requirements and make necessary adjustments to compositions throughout the LiveOps cycle.
  4. Document design decisions, provide clear assets according to design briefs, focus on message hierarchy, and convey ideas to team members effectively.
  5. Keep design assets organized and easily accessible so all team members can access them.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, design software and tools, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and bring fresh perspectives to projects.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience as a concept artist or 2D artist ideally in games.
  2. Excellent skills in industry-standard tools such as Figma & Photoshop.
  3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, UI, UX, composition and scale.
  4. Strong ability to research and reference material that supports idea generation and visual problem-solving.
  5. Experience in creating and implementing game or marketing content.
  6. Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills.
