Year 2 Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 2 teacher to join our primary school community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, fostering a love of learning and promoting academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Year 2 classes, planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Develop and implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a positive and productive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching methods
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Relevant teaching experience in KS1
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the UK curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
