Educational Support Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teaching staff and providing educational support to students within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise, develop and manage teaching assistants in all aspects of teaching and learning
- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and providing educational support to students
- Develop and implement adapted strategies to meet individual student needs
- Fully committed to the principles of inclusion
Working Hours and Contract
- 20.25 hours per week, with flexible working hours to be mutually agreed
- Term time plus 5 days
- Permanent contract
Requirements and Qualifications
- Two years working experience within a school setting
- Able to motivate and encourage learning in students
- Efficient in leading and managing teams of teaching assistants
