Job Title: Lead Solar PV Installation Specialist

Location: Southern Region

Pay Range/details: Up to £55,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Omega is seeking a highly skilled Lead Solar PV Installation Specialist to join their team in the Southern Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of Solar PV systems on new build, domestic, and commercial properties.
  • Setting out and stringing solar panels as per the design provided.
  • Running and connecting DC cables.
  • Gathering photo evidence.
  • Completing relevant forms through our app-based system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Practical experience in the construction industry or similar is an advantage.
  • IPAF and telehandler license is a distinct advantage.
  • Methodical, accurate, and process-focused approach to tasks.
  • Flexibility to work and travel throughout the UK.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed instructions, follow technical drawings, measure distances, and perform calculations using a phone or calculator.
  • CSCS card and site experience is preferable but not necessary.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Comfortable working at height.
