We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at e-Careers as an Apprentice HR Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in Human Resources (HR) with no prior experience required.
As an Apprentice HR Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain the skills, knowledge, and certification required for a successful career in HR. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are looking to start a career in HR and want to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks, including:
- Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Assisting with recruitment and talent management activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Providing excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
