  • Lead by example and assist the Branch Manager in daily operations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients
  • Ensure operational excellence and meet branch sales objectives
  • Foster positive customer relationships while achieving sales targets
  • Support branch operations and assist colleagues as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct stocktakes and audits as required
  • Maintain records for branch vehicles and oversee housekeeping duties

Candidate Profile:
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude towards customer engagement
  • Commercial mindset to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in IT, including MS Office and industry-standard software
  • A valid driving license is essential; a FLT license is a plus
  • Able to cover for the Branch Manager when necessary
  • Experience in a similar role within trade, retail, or related sectors is advantageous
