We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Coordinator to join our team at Farfetch. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless fulfillment of online orders and maintaining the integrity of our stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the stockroom team in communicating with sales associates to locate and pick items accurately and efficiently.
  • Return stock from the shop floor to the stockroom and store according to established processes.
  • Collaborate with the investigations team to investigate missing items within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Oversee quality control for orders and work with the stockroom team and distribution center to maintain stock integrity.
  • Liaise with the stockroom manager to develop action plans to prevent stock loss.
  • Perform cycle counts and regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support the stockroom team in administrative tasks.
  • Work with the web operations team to pick online orders within service level agreements.
  • Pack items according to guidelines for dispatch to the distribution center.

Requirements

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Administrative and data entry experience in a fashion retail environment.
  • Previous experience in stockroom retail is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills are essential.
