Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Doncaster Thorne Road store. As a key member of our store management team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain high store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Manage stock control, store standards, and visual merchandising to maintain a high-quality store environment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and customer engagement.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in working within the retail sector with a minimum of 6 months hands-on supervisory/management experience.
- Flexibility to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week.
- Passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Ability to take on 6 months of industry-leading training covering all the key aspects of the role, handling and caring for Pets, Customer Service, and Health and Safety.
