Womenswear Garment Specialist

Overview:
A prominent fashion organization is on the lookout for a skilled Garment Specialist with a strong background in tailoring, woven fabrics, jersey, and outerwear.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Garment Specialist, your role will encompass:

  • Overseeing fit sessions to ensure optimal garment performance.
  • Participating in development meetings to align with design and production teams.
  • Providing wash care instructions and managing test reporting.
  • Ensuring accurate labelling for all products.

Collaboration:
You will work closely with design and sales teams, as well as factories, to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in multi-product womenswear or menswear.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction and grading.
  • Experience working with factories in the Far East.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in CAD and IT.
