Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our team at Tru Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, mixing paint to ensure a perfect match, and spraying painting vehicles to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles to be sprayed, ensuring they are clean and free of debris
  • Mix paint to ensure a perfect match, taking into account the vehicle's color and finish
  • Spray painting vehicles, using a variety of techniques to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Quality check on completion, ensuring there are no defects or imperfections

Requirements:

  • Experience in water-based paints and a stable history in a car painting environment
  • City & Guilds qualification or equivalent ATA accreditation
  • Ability to work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques
