We are seeking a highly skilled Mineral Surveyor to join our Mineral Estates management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, expert advice to our clients and contributing to the expansion of our successful mineral estates team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist advice on mineral development and property issues to clients across the UK.
- Manage mineral assets and develop strategies for their optimal use.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver property solutions for clients.
- Produce high-quality reports and documentation, including heads of terms for leases and mineral planning work.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A first degree in Mineral Surveying, Estates Management, Mineral Planning, Geology, or a related field.
- Professional membership of the RICS or other relevant professional body.
- Excellent working knowledge of mineral development and property issues.
- Experience in producing heads of terms for leases, mineral planning, and development work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent reporting and writing skills.
- Strong negotiating and communication skills.
- Good business and commercial awareness.
- Full UK driving license.
