About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teach Now. As an Autism Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our vibrant and inclusive school community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our experienced SEN team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with ASD.
  • Support children in developing communication, social, and life skills, promoting positive behavior and independence.
  • Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters creativity, confidence, and a love for learning.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training.
  • Experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting.
