Early Careers Team Leaders (Production & Assets)

We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our Early Careers Team as Team Leaders for Production and Assets. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our Early Careers community, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead in developing and implementing the Early Careers community strategy, ensuring alignment with Production and Assets goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the Early Careers community to identify development needs and create personalized development plans.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new Early Careers team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other external partners to promote our Early Careers program.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality training programs and materials.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to Early Careers team members to help them achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Early Careers program and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience working in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of Production and Assets operations.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
