Requirements for HGV Class 1 Transport Operators:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with C+E category
- A maximum of 6 penalty points on driving license
- No serious driving offenses (DD, DR, IN10)
- Strong communication skills

Compensation for HGV Class 1 Transport Operators:
Rates for LTD drivers:
- Monday to Friday: £17
- Saturday: £19
- Sunday: £20

PAYE Rates:
- Monday to Friday: £14.50 to £17.66
- Saturday: £16.25 to £20.15
- Sunday: £17.93 to £21.00
