About the Role
As a Production Operative, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, primarily focusing on the specialized hand-crafted section of our facility. Your role will involve meticulous production of concrete components that contribute to our high-quality roofing tiles. Teamwork and a strong sense of pride in your craftsmanship are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the mixing of concrete and hand-forming of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area, including basic maintenance tasks.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a plus.
- A current Forklift Truck (FLT) license is preferred but not essential.
