About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Ridge & Partners LLP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on cost planning and estimation for various projects, including preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement strategy, risk management, value engineering, and tendering processes.
  • Prepare tender documents and advise clients on tender evaluation.
  • Manage contracts, including valuing completed work, approving progress payments, and negotiating variations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Hold a RICS-accredited degree and be qualified to Chartered status or working towards achieving this.
  • Have significant experience in pre and post-contract QS, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Be able to work in a variety of sectors, including industrial, residential, commercial, and bank monitoring.
