About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion at Home Instead. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social events
- Providing medication reminders and assisting with medication management
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and ironing
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements
- No experience or qualifications are required, as we provide full paid training
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and their families
