Exciting Opportunity with TXM Recruit

TXM Recruit is proud to partner with a renowned organisation on a groundbreaking project in Tobridge and surrounding areas. We are seeking skilled Multi Traders to join a dynamic team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Utilise a handheld device to inspect jobs and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
  2. Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, encompassing general property maintenance.
  3. Respond to maintenance requests and undertake void property maintenance.
  4. Ensure the highest possible standards are consistently met in all work.
Working Hours and Compensation

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. NVQ trade qualification(s)
  2. Multi trade experience
  3. Full current driving licence
  4. A DBS check is mandatory prior to commencement.
