Role Overview

The position encompasses a balanced focus on both accounts (50%) and audit (50%), with flexibility available based on the candidate's background and career goals.

Work Environment

Our client promotes a fantastic workplace culture, allowing for a hybrid working model that includes remote work options. They emphasize a healthy work-life balance and maintain a casual dress code.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of statutory financial statements, VAT returns, and tax filings.
  • Successful execution of audit assignments.
  • Drafting financial documents, audit reports, and tax returns.
  • Identifying and discussing accounting and auditing issues with management.
  • Engagement in the audit process from inception to completion.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a practice environment, focusing on accounts preparation and audit assistance.
  • AAT qualification or currently pursuing ACCA/ACA.
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to support colleagues.
