Role Summary
As the Operational Training Quality Manager, you will take charge of developing and overseeing a comprehensive training and scheduling framework that aligns with the needs of all stakeholders and complies with regulatory mandates. Your role will ensure the precise delivery of training content and that documentation meets quality assurance benchmarks. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing records that track metrics such as expenses, efficiency, and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all compulsory training is organized within the stipulated regulatory timelines.
- Develop training materials across operational sectors to adhere to best practices and quality assurance protocols.
- Review audit results and implement corrective measures to foster continuous improvement.
- Lead Internal Quality Assurance initiatives within the department, ensuring alignment with the Quality Assurance Strategy, and work collaboratively with the Operations Training Manager to integrate these practices across all operational sectors.
- Manage individual employee training records to guarantee they are current and compliant with best practices and relevant regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in personnel management.
- Background in a regulated industry.
- Proficient in IT and possess strong communication abilities.
- Skilled in relationship building and interpersonal interactions.
- Deep understanding of a regulated training environment.
- Possession of a CIN or willingness to pursue one.
- Capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
- Adept at data analysis and making informed, data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
