We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Munster Barracks in Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, ensuring all designated areas are cleaned to the highest specification.

Key Responsibilities

  • General accommodation and office cleaning
  • Clean designated areas and areas notified at short notice, ensuring a high degree of cleanliness and presentation is achieved
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
  • General cleaning on site and around the building
  • Ensure all designated areas are cleaned to the highest specification.
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc.
  • Ensure all equipment is used and stored as necessary
  • Be familiar with health and safety practices
  • Rubbish disposal
  • Efficiently report any deficiencies or issues with equipment
  • Check equipment is safe and working

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage but on the job training will be provided
  • A customer focused can-do attitude.
  • Good knowledge of COSHH
  • Flexible approach
  • DBS check required
