Electrical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Search. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a skilled team of Electricians completing installations of power supplies, control panels, lighting, and various other electrical systems within an industrial site.

You will work closely with project managers to ensure works are completed on time, adhering to compliance and completing necessary documentation. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of Electricians to complete electrical installations and maintenance tasks
  • Work with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary of £45,000
  • Bonus of £2,000 on completion of security clearance
  • Company van for travel to and from site
  • Every other Friday off
  • Monday-Friday 07:45-16:30 (then Monday-Thursday 07:45-16:30)
  • Frequent optional overtime
  • Additional bonuses (£2,500+)
  • 25 days paid holiday (33 including bank holidays)
