The Business Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving new contract business and expanding the Tiro Contracts brand within the engineering sector. This is a high-impact position that offers a high degree of autonomy and a genuine opportunity for the appointed individual to shape the role and contribute to the company's growth.
Working closely with key clients, including prestigious vehicle manufacturers and companies specializing in R&D activities for electric vehicles and driverless technology, the Business Growth Manager will be responsible for:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Providing consultative services to clients, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how Tiro Contracts Ltd can support them
- Working collaboratively with the existing team of specialist engineering consultants to deliver high-quality solutions
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development within the engineering sector, with a strong understanding of technical and role-specific requirements. They will be an excellent communicator, able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across all seniorities.
Tiro Contracts Ltd offers a competitive basic salary, with uncapped OTE based on personal performance, as well as a supportive company culture that values training and development opportunities for all team members.
The company is situated on a mainline rail service, offering a convenient commute and a more family-friendly and flexible work environment. While the company does not offer fully remote working, after a successful probation period, the Business Growth Manager will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis (3 days on site, 2 from home). Please note that the company does not sponsor work permits.
