Key Responsibilities- Provide financial business partnering support to the pharmacy growth transformation programme
- Collaborate with the programme team to understand performance and inform commercial decisions
- Ensure robust decision-making, bringing commercial challenge and insight
- Drive the programme to set robust targets and KPIs aligned to programme objectives
- Support programme reporting, ensuring clear messaging to senior stakeholders
- Own the total programme view of all activities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Review and approve business cases and business investment
- Support investment appraisals, providing an overview of the interplay between different programme elements
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience as a finance manager with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to think strategically, review, and use analytical skills to understand the bigger picture
- Financial modelling experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to hold business partners to account
- Highly analytical and technical, with experience in reporting and reviewing data quality
- Excellent Excel and SAP BW skills
