Technical Solutions Specialist

Join Arc IT Recruitment in our search for a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to lead projects and implement technology solutions that enhance business operations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with end-users to identify opportunities for system improvements and innovations.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Systems Analysis & Support:
- Support and administer business systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Custom Development & Integration:
- Develop and maintain custom software solutions, leveraging expertise in C#, Python, JavaScript, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Write and maintain code to integrate systems and automate processes, ensuring data security and continuity.
- Support the development of the company website (Umbraco), ensuring a robust and user-friendly experience.
- IT Infrastructure Management:
- Assist in managing the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, VMWare, networking, backups, and cloud services (Azure/Office 365).
- Ensure data security and continuity with regular backups (Veeam) and disaster recovery planning.
- Proficient in software development, with experience in C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Experience of web development, preferably with Umbraco/ASP.NET.
- Strong knowledge of standard IT infrastructure and systems used in medium-sized companies, including servers, networking, cloud services, and data security practices.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify technology-based improvements.
