About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Leisure Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Supervise the safety of the swimming pool environment, preventing accidents and emergencies.
- Teach swimming lessons to pupils, delivering a minimum of 5 lessons per week.
- Undertake administrative tasks to ensure compliance with GLL's swimming procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
- RLSS UK Qualification in Pool Lifeguarding (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
