About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Melia White House Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and organize all staff on the duty shift to ensure maximum cover on the desk at all times.
  • Ensure that all special requests for regular guests, VIPs, and groups are actioned with guidance from the Reception Management team.
  • Ensure the hotel's credit procedure is adhered to at all times, with guidance from the Reception Management team if required.
  • Assist the Reception Management team in the implementation of new procedures and coordination of training.
  • Ensure that all guests are met at Reception with courtesy and that any complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently with guidance from the Reception Management team.

Requirements:

  • OPERA knowledge
  • Fluency in English and additional Spanish would be beneficial
  • Prior experience in a similar role
