**Job Title:** Financial Controller

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise all aspects of financial management and reporting

  • Oversee the integration of financial systems and processes
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Strong previous experience working in a busy finance function, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven management experience desirable
  • Experience using accounting software essential
