Better Rehab is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in Australia. As a Speech and Language Therapist - Relocation Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to clients in a variety of settings, including participants' homes, day centers, parks, and other community locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans for clients with diverse needs and goals.
  • Work to a balanced target of 5 hours helping participants every day, providing individualized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including OTs, SPs, PTs, BSPs, EPs, and AHAs, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, including internal and external provider days and expos, to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
  • Utilize resource rooms and kits for effective community visits and engage in activities that promote client engagement and motivation.
