Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Cititec Talent. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions across the full stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain scalable backend services in Python, while optimising PostgreSQL databases for efficient data management
  • Develop responsive frontend applications using TypeScript and React, and streamline deployments through CI/CD pipelines
  • Leverage cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform to deploy and manage services
  • Create secure, scalable APIs and build robust data pipelines with technologies like Kafka, Pub/Sub, or Flink
  • Ensure high performance and availability of cloud applications, adhere to security best practices, and work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, utilising GitHub for version control and team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in Python for backend development
  • Solid front-end development skills with TypeScript and React
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud deployments
  • Expertise in API development
  • Familiarity with cloud monitoring and security best practices
  • Experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub, or Flink
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Data Engineering
  • Proficiency in SQL and PostgreSQL
  • Proficient in GitHub
