Clinical Director

The successful candidate will have day-to-day operational responsibility for the planning, coordination, delivery, and monitoring of services within the Children's Mental Health and Disability Service for the Community Nursing Learning Disability Team. This will include outreach, which may involve crisis response. The post holder may be drawn from various backgrounds, including Mental Health and Learning Disability. The essential element will be the experience and skills of those staff, including an ability to work with children and their families and a flexible approach. The role will require strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, meeting the needs of children and their families, and contributing to the development of the service.
