Iconic Resourcing is partnering with Morris & Spottiswood to find a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team. As a key member of the HR team, you will provide generalist HR advice and support to the company's internal divisions, driving HR projects across the wider business in support of the Group's People Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the Group's People Plan
  • Work closely with local stakeholders, employees, and managers to fully understand HR needs and create targeted people support strategies
  • Upskilling managers across your group in relation to policies and procedures
  • Responsible for all day-to-day HR activities
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a fast-paced and busy HR team
  • Experience leading on HR projects, including transformation projects
  • A resilient personality and the ability to communicate at all levels in the business
