About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant in our Aftersales department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the accuracy of our customer database, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding recalls and make arrangements for their completion, ensuring customer safety.
  • Produce detailed reporting using our manufacturer-based system and communicate findings to senior management.
  • Cleanse our customer CRM database to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Work with colleagues to review site-based processes, ensure best practice is adhered to, and produce accurate reporting for senior management.
  • Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure high customer service standards are met.
  • Download and analyze customer service index data from various car manufacturers' websites.
  • Import information and produce Excel spreadsheets for analysis.
  • Distribute reports to Branch Managers, Regional Managers, and Directors.
  • Manage the 'Motability' contract, downloading and collating statistics.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner. You will have the ability to analyze information, identify key data, and escalate issues as necessary. A strong analytical mind, effective control, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
