About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Johnsons 1871 Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and infection control of our office and conference spaces.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to our high standards and regulatory requirements. This will involve methodically cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, managing cleaning supplies, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a high level of cleanliness and infection control.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection of office and conference spaces, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
  • Manage and maintain cleaning supplies, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, including COSHH regulations.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
