About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Mears, working in the Social Housing sector. As a key member of our local team, you will provide a high standard of service and support to our residents, delivering excellent results through our collaborative approach.
A successful Carpenter within our Hammersmith & Fulham branch will be responsible for undertaking a range of carpentry works, including window repairs, door repairs/renewals, and other related tasks. You will work on a planned route, supporting residents with reactive repairs across our portfolio of properties, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting safety, quality, and cost control standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake high standard refurbishments to Housing properties
- Support residents with reactive repairs
- Work on a planned route to ensure efficient service delivery
- Meet safety, quality, and cost control standards
Requirements
- City & Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery
- Window repairs experience
- Experience working in the social housing sector
- Good customer service skills
