Key Responsibilities- Deliveries and Collections: Safely transport goods from our manufacturing points to customers' depots, adhering to schedules and deadlines.
- Vehicle Operations: Load and unload vehicles, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Route Planning: Plan daily routes to optimize delivery times and minimize delays.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone to resolve queries and provide excellent service.
- Communication: Maintain regular contact with the transport team to update on progress and manage customer expectations.
- Training and Development: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Essential Skills: Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, work efficiently under pressure, and possess good geographical knowledge.
- Qualifications: Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
