Head of Compliance and Safety

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Building Safety & Compliance. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of building safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement building safety and compliance best practice policies and procedures.
- Lead on the implementation of new framework contracts and leverage data and systems to manage risks and compliance.
- Provide assurance to residents that they live in a safe home and demonstrate leadership to a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all statutory and regulatory safety obligations are met.
- Qualified or working toward the CIOB qualification in Building Safety, Level 6.
- Hold a NEBOSH Diploma with demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents and stakeholders.
