Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate waiting lists for non-residential units to ensure optimal utilization of available spaces.
- Oversee the performance of contractors and handypersons repairing garages, sheds, and other properties to minimize turnaround times and maximize income.
- Collaborate with the parking enforcement contractor to ensure effective enforcement and revenue generation.
