  • Hours of work: 37 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Main Responsibilities of the Production Operative
You will be involved with the manufacturing of electronics and assisting in the quality control of the product.
You do not need any experience, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

You will be expected to have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

The Ideal Candidate

As a Production Operative, you will have a passion for delivering high-quality results while ensuring the company's Health and Safety and Quality standards are met.

If you have experience in production or a factory setting, this would be an advantage, but it is not essential for the role, as full training will be provided.
