The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in cleaning roles is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to uphold our 5-star service standards.
  • Ability to interact professionally with management and team members.
  • Team-oriented while also capable of working independently.
  • Well-presented and able to maintain a high standard of professionalism.
  • Must possess personal transportation.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals systematically.
  • Oversee stock movement and ensure security of supplies.
  • Promote the correct usage of cleaning chemicals.

Team Engagement:

  • Participate in and contribute to team meetings.
  • Encourage a culture of hygiene and systematic cleaning among team members.

Service Standards:

  • Minimize chemical and water waste by adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain kitchens in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues to the head chef promptly.
  • Follow all established cleaning schedules and routines.
  • Utilize machinery according to manufacturer instructions.
