Assistant Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Lovell North East. As a key member of our site management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Site Manager in ensuring construction is completed safely, to specification, within agreed timescales and cost parameters.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building legislation.
  • Coordinate and manage site operations, including material delivery and control.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of project-specific KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in a construction-related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the Lovell group.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and building legislation.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
