The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team, focusing on Governance and Performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key business functions, ensuring efficient operations, and supporting the Chief Executive in developing and delivering the business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Governance: Support the Chief Executive and Trustees in developing and implementing the business plan, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Performance Management: Maintain and evaluate performance management frameworks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring that our services are meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and data privacy regulations, identifying and managing risks to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Lead the development and implementation of data management and reporting systems, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operational Manager who can demonstrate a strong understanding of governance and performance management principles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
