Salary: £64,000+ dependent on skills and experience + car allowance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Warton. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for implementing performance frameworks across the business, driving operational performance and improvement plans, and supporting the wider business on change programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance frameworks to drive business strategy and operational performance
  • Support the Finance Director in the integration of finance capabilities across the business
  • Work with the Sales and Operations function to drive business change and improvements
  • Provide financial analysis and support to the Integrated Operations Directors and Senior Managers
  • Challenge and due diligence on new business activity to ensure alignment with business strategy

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of complex programmes/projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in working in a manufacturing company and/or large PLC environment (desirable)
