About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collections and Network Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of mail and parcels to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Collections and Network Driver, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Collecting mail from post offices and processing centers
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve delivery targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
