The Security Operations Officer will play a crucial role in assisting the management team to ensure the seamless operation of an upscale licensed venue, retail area, and dining facilities. This position is situated within a mixed-use development, featuring retail spaces, dining options, and office environments. The role requires flexibility and teamwork in a fast-paced setting, delivering exceptional service to patrons. Daily responsibilities will include overseeing customer entries, conducting identification checks, managing crowd control, and ensuring a secure atmosphere throughout the venue.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Keen observational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with security protocols.
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in surveillance.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
