About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Swisslog. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated machinery and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform breakdown and planned preventative maintenance on a variety of automated machinery, including cranes, conveyors, vertical lifts, monorail systems, and deep freeze high bays.
  • Work in a cold environment (-18 degrees) and ensure quality of output at all times.
  • Accurately record all work undertaken and prioritize system faults.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
  • Work at heights and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Experience with CMMS systems is an asset.
About You

We are looking for an apprentice-trained Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent qualification with experience working with automated machinery. Training will be provided for the right candidate. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
