Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks potentially longer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors, respond to queries, and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Update phone and contact lists, track and coordinate keys for vehicles and facilities.
- Take bookings for different sites and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
Working Hours: Shifts between 7:30am and 9:30pm, including weekends, on a rotational basis.
