Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our team at Calibre Search, a leading recruitment agency in the UK.
About the Role: As a Geo-Environmental Engineer, you will be responsible for working on a range of brownfield development projects, including desk studies, ground investigations, land quality assessments, and remediation strategy design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct desk studies and walkovers to assess site conditions
- Lead ground investigations and land quality assessments
- Develop interpretive reports and risk assessments
- Design and validate remediation strategies
- Collaborate with clients to deliver large-scale geotechnical projects
Requirements:
- 1st degree in geology, engineering geology, geotechnics, or geo-environmental engineering
- Experience in the UK completing phase 1 & 2 site investigations, logging soil & rock samples, and site monitoring
- Ability to deliver reports on a factual and/or interpretive basis
- UK driving license
