Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome, valued, and delighted by our service and authentic Italian cuisine.
- Ensure the highest standards of preparation and presentation of the restaurant are maintained at all times.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, identifying potential hazards and taking corrective action.
- Operate world-class service standards, showcasing the brand's excellence.
- Close and post all checks at the end of each meal period.
- Follow processes and procedures to reduce wastage within the restaurant.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and ensure menus are presentable and reflect the excellence of the brand.
- Maximize sales opportunities through excellent service and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Develop a culture of actively seeking feedback from customers on a regular basis.
- Have complete and thorough menu knowledge, both food and drink.
- Attend daily briefings and respond to any necessary changes and updates.
- Be punctual and support the training of new employees.
- Avoid absenteeism and adopt a 'can do' culture within the team.
- Minimum one year of previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
