Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that we are getting the best value for our money.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or quantity surveying.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the housebuilding industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
